1- mr martin at reception with his blurry face upgraded our room to compensate us for long trip from cairo 2- the great chef (ashrf sobhy) was taking care of every body in restaurant and always checking guest satsifaction for taste and food variety Beef, chicken and deserts are so delecious On general buffet was excellent and a la cart restaurants very tasty 3- room service people led by mr karm are very active and always caring Overall i enjoyed the extreme with my stay

1- location is far from town services 2- there is no good entertainment at night

The staff were more than perfect ,they started to make us happy and satisfied before arriving to resort . Mr Rahim from guest relation really helped us in bus reservation and made late check out for is for free Mr Mohamed Ramadan made room upgrade to family room and check in time not exceeded 10 mins Really we enjoyed our stay and it won't be the last time Also the guards are very alert for children in every little place in resort Food is variable and very tasty Really amazing resort for old and young

Restful, nice, comfortable, decent and wonderful, even my children felt it like home.

Actually, everything was wonderful, starting from the pleasing reception from Mr Mohamed Ramadan and Mina and Mariam and Rimon, I remember their names cause they were very warm, welcoming, and friendly, along with all other stuff as well in the house keeping and restaurant even the lifeguards. The room was outstanding and the facilities are new actually, and for a moment I felt the resort is a bit Kozy, however, it turned out to be a value for me, It has everything, 6 or 7 pools, a beach, Bars and restaurants everywhere, non the less, I didn't need to walk too much to get from a point to another, the whole place is very well designed, and the beach is nice and calm.

Only one thing, My room was Sea view, and the view was nice yeah, however, the resort is greeny and it's very nice for sure, but too much palms in the view between me and the beach or the sea that covered more of the sea view for me.

Amarina is literally one of the best resorts in Hurghada, offering unique experience. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality, catering to distinguished guests. We loved our stay, every needs was well met. Travelling with three young children can be hectic, but with Amarina caring and friendly staff the makes us love our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed (reception), who was very welcoming, explaining all the resort facilities and supporting us with our needs. Catering staff were all amazing, especially Zein, Omer, Khalid and Sayed, always caring about the kids, their welcoming and sense of humor makes us enjoy our time. Overall, all the catering staff were very professional and friendly atbthe same time. Thank you Sherif for your exceptional room service, really appreciated The entertainment team were superb, makes our stay more enjoyable. Many thanks to all management team, they are very keen on providing the best holiday experience to the guests. Thabk youfkr your caring. Overall we loved our stay, will definitely be back to Hurghada and to Amarina specifically. All the best, keep up the good work Binaye Abdulrahman

Everything was perfect,the staff is so friendly and willing to help start from the reception to the restaurant service special thanks to the reception team as I was with broken feet and they support every time I called them for golf car..also thanks a lot to the golf car man every one of them for help ,the restaurant man ahmed abo elhagag was so polite and with great smile and willing to help..the aqua Park gard also was supportive ..the room service ..I don't want to forget any person but big thanks to the whole working team in the hotel it was my third visit and not the last sure will come back isa Thx alot

The staff is super attentive, the food is varied and very good, the whole hotel is very clean. There is lots of swimming options - the ocean is right there accessible from the hotel and there are multiple pool areas. The hotel offers a different evening program every evening and has plenty of areas to lounge and enjoy a drink and a shisha. Our hotel room was very large and clean. We even received a special gift from the hotel where they decorated our bed and brought us fruit to our room. Also, for divers, there is the Orca Dive Club right on-site with lots of possibilities to learn how to dive and / or to explore the house reef and / or multiple other dive sights via boat trips. Shout out also to the awesome diving instructors and guides at the Dive Club. Awesome team!

There were quite a lot of people vying for your attention when lying at the beach (animators, spa offers, day trip offers, general survey, restaurant offers - and sometimes multiple times if your partner just returned to ask again). If someone is lying at the beach with sunglasses on, book held high and earphones in, this should be clue enough.

Amazing resort, restaurant was awesome, Mr. AHMED & Mr. Alaa were very helpful and welcoming everyday. Chef arranged requested food very fast and very welcoming. Beach activities were amazing, animation team gave us happy nights. Pools were very clean and relaxing, all hotel staff were very welcoming and professional. Definitely well repeat the visit for longer stay.

All most nothing, I would only suggest more variety in the buffet.

A holiday to remember

Very staff, specially Mina at the reception who offered a room upgrade that came as a bless(having a separate bedroom for the kids). The slides made the kids very happy. The food was by far the best we had in Egypt. I just feel sorry we didn’t discover the ala carte restaurants earlier and only tried the Italian and the asian one that were excellent. I also recommend Aquastar diving center with grate services. The spa is also nice and well organized but just not our type of massage. The trips organized by the operator in the lobby were also very good(we did Luxor and Cairo).

The room cleaning was poorly made but not imberable

The conditions of the equipment, the size of the room we stayed in, the food from the buffet, as well as the three restaurants I tried—especially the Oriental restaurant, which was excellent; the Asian one was good too, but the Italian could improve a bit. I had four sessions of massages, and it was also worth it (it's worth negotiating the prices a bit). Braided hair services are another thing you should negotiate the price for. In the shops, we had the opportunity to buy souvenirs and travel bags, nothing to complain about. The entertainment is good but could be improved compared to other countries I've visited. The guys from Turkey are very communicative and integrate well. The water park is also a positive point. Room cleanliness. Abundance of spaces for meals and snacks in various areas of the hotel. The restaurant staff, reception, cleaning, photographers, and entertainers are friendly. The New Year's party went well with great shows and dancing. The beach area is also very good.

On the first day, it was very bad. A bald, slightly overweight man with glasses and a mustache carried our bags. I was tipping him 3 euros, but he insisted he didn't want coins and kept asking for paper money. I mentioned I only had large bills, and he insisted I go exchange them with him. It bothered me a lot, and my son was scared. Eventually, I declined. As we left, he started speaking Arabic, presumably treating me poorly. I detested this situation; I've never been in one like it. Shameful! We had a water leak from the ceiling in our room throughout our stay. In the Italian restaurant, the desserts were hard and didn't seem fresh. The quality of alcoholic beverages is not the best.

really sad to leave. extremely hard working staff, top class service, amazing attention to details. check in check out without hassle. food was good, beach was excellent. special mention to Relationship manager Rahim, available any time, hard worker hats off Rahim bar men especially Mahmoud at beach bar. and the whole group of entertainment guys.

A great place for family trips

A very good hotel for family trips, my kids enjoyed the stay so much they didn’t want to leave. The aquapark and swimming pools were amazing for my kids and the beach was great for me. The hotel is not very big so everything was relatively near to eachother, our room was equally near the pool and the beach and had a good view for both.

Just the tv channels didn’t work properly maybe because of the wind! This didn’t affect my stay much since we didn’t come here to watch tv :)
